We have an exciting new Change Communication Analyst role available, that will be reporting to the Head of Project Communications for the People team.

The opportunity:
In this role, you’ll be developing internal communications plans and material to support the delivery of People team driven projects. You’ll need to be able to build effective relationships with stakeholders across Bupa, and you’ll be responsible for developing effective digital, written, and visual communications, provide support for events with a strong focus on digital content creation, multi-platform distribution while driving employee engagement.
This role is crucial to the successful implementation of our People programs and initiatives, ranging from compliance to digital innovation. You’ll need to make sure that employees engage with these changes, recognise their value, and change their behaviours as a result.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:
- Have an excellent record of success in a range of communication techniques and channels, including written and presentation skills and digital content creation.
- Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making sense of complex information.
While it’s not a requirement, tertiary qualifications in communications or a business-related field will be an advantage.
This is a 12-month Fixed term role, that can be based anywhere in Australia. We offer flexible working arrangements, so you’ll have the option to work from home, or use one of our office spaces in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, or Adelaide.
How will I help?
You will add value by:
- Supporting the Head of Project Communications – People by delivering the communications plans to support People team driven projects.
- Being a trusted, influential advisor who understands key stakeholders and dynamics and considers these in the development of communication strategies, plans and content.
- Delivering the change management strategy and activities – providing support to the Change and Communications team and leading activities with stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing communication plans.
- Delivering project communication materials.
- Delivering communications content that is timely, consistent and on message to ensure alignment to the strategy.
- Developing dynamic and engaging content and channels that motivates and informs employees.
- Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities to share how the People team are contributing to Bupa’s goals strategy.
- Measuring reach and impact of content, campaigns and channels and use insights to drive continual improvement. Also use this data to provide feedback to key stakeholders as well as input to APAC (enterprise) internal communications metrics and insights.
