The heart of the role:

The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) plays a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination and delivery of clinical programs and operational support to the Clinical team. Working closely with the Clinical Education Manager and Principal Dental Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative, event, and communication support, particularly across the Graduate Program and continuing professional development (CPD) initiatives.

This position enables the team to deliver a seamless and impactful clinician experience, supporting both talent development and practitioner engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate logistics and communications for events (e.g. workshops, induction days, online sessions
  • Maintain and track CPD attendance and points for clinicians
  • Respond to queries from clinicians and other clinical team members regarding programs, events, and administrative processes
  • Prepare meeting agendas, action logs, and assist with follow-up for clinical education initiatives
  • Support the development and distribution of program resources and materials
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for key clinical education activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Clinical team as directed by the Principal Dental Officer
  • Assist with data collection and reporting related to clinical education and engagement initiatives

About You:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or program coordination role, preferably in a clinical, healthcare or education setting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using digital collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint) is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities
  • A working knowledge of clinical or dental environments is desirable but not essential
