About the Role
- As part of the critical in-flight Remediation program, this role will partner closely with the Remediation Project Manager to design, build and refine a remediation process for a known business issue.
- The role will require cross-functional coordination with multiple business process owners, technology, operations and data teams, to deliver at pace and drive quick remediation outcomes for our impacted customers.
- The role requires strong business, process and data analysis skills, with a clear focus on customer service, risk management and process efficiency. Ability to engage effectively with business and process owners is essential. Experience in analysis of complex, end-to-end health insurance processes, and/or remediation projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate business analysis is done to document requirements, facilitate design and support build test of processes to enable remediation of member scenarios. .
- Support remediation project manager providing relevant business analysis to support:
- With Process improvement activities, plan, run and manage requirements gathering workshops.
- With business process owners and remediation initiative owners, develop a deep understanding of pain points and areas for opportunity.
- With process analyst team, development of clear process documentation (current and future state).
- With support from data analyst team, conduct required analysis of remediation data sets and impacted customer cohorts, and present insights, findings and corrective action recommendations to business process owners and remediation project managers as required. In addition to solid analysis services, the BA will provide support with planning, testing and change management support
- Participate in and contribute to the BA and Agile Communities of Practice within Bupa
- Proactively support the uplift of Agile practices and foster a culture of continual improvement
Qualifications
- Experience in remediation projects or programs, or complex customer-facing transformation projects.
- Proven track record (5yrs +) Business Analyst experience, including business requirements preparation and delivery of system and non-system oriented end-to-end development processes
- Practical application of Lean and Six Sigma process improvement tools.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and working collaboratively with business process owners to clearly document as-is and to-be process/business requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills & excellent information visualisation / report writing skills.
- Experience in creating use cases
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to facilitate and present ideas/ plans at meetings and influence outcomes Ability to work autonomously and drive pieces of work to completion
