What’s your role?

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Reporting System Manager with high degree of Databilities, to translate the strategic vision of building Enterprise Reporting into reality.  Working with business and technology, this role is best place to transform the analytics and reporting capabilities that empower Bupa community to live longer, healthier, happier lives and make a better world, as they embrace new ways of working and the fast-evolving digital landscape. 

Job Purpose

Working with Head of Enterprise Reporting, the Enterprise Reporting System Manager will contribute to the delivery of the Enterprise Reporting strategy, while partnering with Enterprise Reporting Managers, developers, and various Technology stakeholders. Working with Tech teams, this role will contribute to the technical design and delivery of Enterprise Reporting including the platform, governance and security design.

This role requires you to solve complex, ambiguous and challenging situations and engage closely with business and Tech senior leaders to lead the change to an Enterprise Reporting and analytics Model.

This is a hands-on execution role and requires a collaborative, values driven capability that deeply understands the complex reporting system requirements and data models. You will bring a deep understanding of the business, data, reporting & analytics and change management with proven experience working across complex organisations to deliver outcomes.

What will my day involve?

• Collaborate on the delivery of the Enterprise Reporting Strategy
• Lead the technical design and delivery of the Enterprise Reporting Business Performance analytics platform 
• As an SME work with the Enterprise Reporting Managers, Business unit leaders and technology leaders to develop innovative, automated and insightful reporting solutions.
• Manage the Enterprise Reporting Portal.
• Participate as a key member of the Bupa Data Community and Enterprise Data Leadership Team 
• Work with the Technology teams and other Data teams in Bupa to deliver key data and models that underpin the Enterprise Reporting platform.
• Collaborate and partner with Bupa Data Community and Enterprise Reporting team for continuous development of Enterprise performance reporting. 
• Create and maintain a reporting governance approach that incorporates Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Quality and standards implementation for data management 
• Act as a change maker through incubation of ideas and providing innovative solutions

What will I bring?

• A very good understanding of core Insurance or Health insurance business and associated technical solutions
• Extensive experience in Financial and Reporting system implementation including reporting landscape
• Proven track record of leading successful business transformation initiatives 
• Be evidently passionate about data reporting and automation
• Deep and extensive knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence usage, management, limitations and opportunities 
• Demonstrable evidence of being a systems thinker with a deep understanding of organisational change, digital methods
