About the Role

As an Outbound Retention Advisor, you'll be contacting former members who’ve recently left us. You may not always have much background on why they left, so your ability to build rapport, actively listen, and hold engaging conversations will be crucial. Your goal? Understand their situation and offer a solution that makes them want to return.

It’s high volume and can be repetitive — but if you’re self-motivated, people-focused, and love the feeling of turning a conversation around, you’ll thrive in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls to former members to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Having real, empathetic conversations while working toward team and individual retention goals
  • Handling objections, overcoming challenges, and staying focused throughout the day
  • Keeping accurate records and following established processes in a structured environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in retention, outbound calling, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills — you’re confident, engaging, and know how to build trust fast.
  • A resilient and positive attitude — you bounce back from setbacks and keep moving forward.
  • Self-motivation and focus — you’re able to manage a structured day and repetitive tasks without losing energy.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems
