The purpose of this role:
The People Analytics and Reporting Analyst partners with the People Analytics and Reporting Leader to deliver high‑quality workforce reporting and insights that support informed decision making across the business. This role is responsible for producing, maintaining, and enhancing operational and strategic people reports, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and meaningful data.
With strong expertise in workforce data and HR systems, this role works closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear insights, supports data governance and reporting, and contributes to continuous improvement in people reporting processes and tools.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Previous experience in HR reporting, people data, or workforce analytics roles
- Strong capability in managing, analysing, and presenting data and insights to senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle and associated workforce data
- Experience in data analysis, report development, and automation of reporting processes
- Working knowledge of HR systems and data models, with experience in Workday and ServiceNow highly regarded
- Demonstrated customer‑focused approach, with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs
- Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying value‑add opportunities
- Strong attention to data governance, quality, and process management
