We have a new Project Manager role available in our Technology team, supporting our newly created Healthcare centers, and our Optical and Hearing stores.

The opportunity:
This role will partner closely with leaders across our Health Care centres, Optical and Hearing businesses, and our technology teams to deliver high quality project management services to drive strategic outcomes for our customers.
We have a variety of exciting projects coming up, including software implementation, infrastructure enhancements, and innovative AI solutions. These projects are likely to be both complex and cross functional in nature and encompass both business and technical systems change.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:
- More than 5 years Project Management experience managing medium to large projects (circa $1M - $3M) with high levels of complexity and multiple dependencies.
- Proven experience managing and overseeing both infrastructure and business projects.
This is a 12-month Fixed term role, that can be based in Melbourne or Sydney. We offer flexible working arrangements, so when you’re not visiting sites to meet with key stakeholders, you’ll have the option to work from home or from one of our offices in the Melbourne or Sydney CBD.
How will I help?
You will add value by:
- Engaging business leaders and developing effective stakeholder relationships to understand and agree the business and customer needs and facilitate successful project outcomes that meet those needs.
- Delivery of agreed project scope within required timeframes, cost & quality constraints.
- Working closely with the Sponsor and/or Business Initiative Owner to initiate the project and get it ‘up and running’ where the project is not yet underway.
- Ensuring adequate business analysis is done to establish scope and mandatory requirements.
- Identifying resources required to deliver project and ensure resource profiles and plans and associated costs are included in Investment case.
- Ensuring all required technology and businesspeople resources are engaged and procured to meet deliverables in a timely manner.
- Establishing and monitoring appropriate project governance for each stream within the project(s) and ensure alignment with the Portfolio governance and reporting framework.
- Establishing project resource plans, schedules, and Bupa time-sheeting (EPM) tasks.
- Complete integrated monthly Project Status reporting and submit to required timelines.
- Clearly and regularly communicating with key stakeholders and ensuring the project Sponsor is comfortable and confident that the project is on track and achieving success.
- Ensuring all monthly Project Status Reports are communicated on time and at the required level of quality.
