The Role:
We have an opportunity for a passionate individual as a Provider Relationship Manager to collaboratively drive positive relationships with our third party service suppliers and Partner Network medical clinics who deliver health assessments and associated support services to BMVS. Working with a highly supportive team, you with ensure accountability for all contracted service level agreements whilst monitoring and reporting (internally and externally) progress towards client performance targets and client expectations.
This role will see you working closely with the National Provider Manager and Senior Relationship Manger to ensure all aspects of daily operations are on track to meet program goals.
You will contribute to the delivery of a service recognised for its exceptional customer experience, outstanding client outcomes and highest level of clinical safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:
In addition to the above:
- Your customer focus will see you establish and maintain a highly effective provider relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver of an exceptional customer experience through the monitoring coordinating and reporting on SLA/KPIs to deliver a consistent operating model.
- Understand the BMVS Quality system as well as coordinating the required reporting of the qualitative and quantitative performance of third-party providers.
- Collate and create reports, presentations and provider responses including but not limited to quarterly assessment of provider activity; and weekly and monthly reporting to the Provider Manager to permit high visibility of quality outcomes of third-party providers.
- Escalate any risks or exceptions to the agreed contract or performance appropriately to Provider Manager.
- Participate in Change Management, training, onboarding, ongoing support and coordination of quality assurance, audit and compliance management with new and existing providers.
About You:
- Tertiary graduate qualification (desirable)
- Experience in healthcare delivery or customer service industry involving third party provider management (desirable)
- Experience in auditing and compliance management.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of legislative and regulatory environments in health, particularly in the Immigration area
- Competent analytic and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data
