The opportunity: 

We’re looking for a passionate individual to join us as Provider Relationship Manager to enable and support service delivery od services to our Partner Clinics and Specialist Providers, and to ensure they align with the BMVS exceptional customer experience, outstanding client outcomes and maintain the highest level of clinical safety and quality.

In this role, you’ll support our Partner Clinics and Specialist Providers to be successful, self-organised and adaptive. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering the right solutions aligned to business strategy and values.

This is a high paced, high volume, dynamic role, that’s crucial to support BMVS and other Health Services programs and is accountable to drive operational efficiencies and improved standardised processes across BMVS.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills. 
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to understand data and trends.
  • Experience in health care delivery or service-based industries involving relationship management (desirable). 
  • Experience in auditing and compliance management (desirable).  

This is a permanent role that can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, or Canberra. 

We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you’ll have the flexibility to work from our corporate office in any of these locations and work from home. 

How will I help?

You will add value by:

  • Leading, coaching and managing Partner Clinics and Specialist Providers to deliver results in line with agreed performance targets.
  • Managing workflows across multiple channels and ensure high quality service.
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, whilst building strong working relationships.
  • Managing external stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues and achieving best outcomes.
  • Producing and managing business and stakeholder reporting.
  • Supporting the delivery of remote and site audits, including preparation of scope and improvement plans.
