The purpose of this role:


We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Legal Adviser - Health Services and M&A to join our team. Supporting Bupa Health Services, you will provide practical, solutions-focused legal advice across a broad range of matters. Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial initiatives, advising on regulatory and compliance matters, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, and helping the business navigate legal matters in a highly regulated healthcare environment.


In this varied role, you will also provide legal support for strategic projects and corporate activities, including mergers and acquisitions, business integrations and growth initiatives across the APAC market. As a trusted advisor, you'll build strong relationships across the business, translating complex legal matters into clear and actionable advice that supports decision-making and commercial outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior legal professional who enjoys working across a diverse portfolio of work, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and delivering pragmatic legal solutions in a dynamic and evolving business environment.



What you’ll need to make it possible:


  • Built a strong foundation in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both. 
  • Completed a law degree and hold a current practising certificate with 7+ years PQE
  • Enjoy partnering with stakeholders and finding practical solutions to business matters. 
  • Bring sound judgement and a commercial mindset. 
  • Comfortable working across a variety of legal matters and adapting to changing priorities. 
  • Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with people at all levels. 
  • Curious about what a career in healthcare could look like.
