The opportunity:

Reporting into the Employee Experience Manager, an initial 12-month fixed term opportunity has become available for a Time & Attendance Specialist - Kronos.

This role will be responsible for partnering with all areas of our business to provide technical solutions that achieve the greatest efficiencies and consistency, simplifying governance, promoting repeatable and reusable policies and practices whilst in line with legislative compliance.

Ideally, this position will be located in Melbourne or Sydney, but we are also open to applicants based in Brisbane or Adelaide. The role will offer hybrid working arrangements.

How will I help?

  • You will work both locally and globally across the monthly release cycles, responsible for delivering and working through the backlog of items, assisting with testing and post verification testing as well as working collaboratively with your peers to deliver team outcomes
  • Seek to drive continuous improvement initiatives through innovation and enhancement, whilst leveraging system capabilities
  • Assist in the evaluation, analysis, re-development and support of systems associated with Kronos
  • Partnering with the team and where necessary, business stakeholders to identify key metrics and success factors that best reflect core business processes and implement within Kronos
  • Provide specialist advice and recommendations to payroll, people team, workforce management and business leaders on changes to existing policies and processes resulting from project work
  • Engage and inform business leaders of processes and trends to improve performance outcomes based on current and future capabilities

What do I need?

  • 3+ years experience in a broad based technical/consulting role
  • Expert-level competency in system implementation
  • Exposure to complex systems in a medium to large organisation working with many and varied customer groups
  • Time and attendance system experience (preferably using UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro WFM)
