About the role

We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated people leader to join our Bupa Optical Darwin store where our friendly and committed team of Dispensers and Optometrists are all ready to welcome you.

As the Leader of this high-end eyewear store you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring a first-class experience for all. You will play the key role in maintaining a positive and vibrant store environment whilst driving sales and achieving operational excellence. Building community relationships and clientele will be a major focus as we service new and existing customers.

This position will be offered as Full-time Permanent working 38hrs per week and the primary hours will be Monday to Friday with Weekends off, accompanied with opportunities for self-development and growth, with the support and direction of senior leadership right behind you.


About you

Ideally you will have optical, or solid retail store leadership experience and will be keen to showcase this in an organisation that truly values contribution. You have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a brand name retail store. You are focussed on your people and dedicated to your dedication to customers is second to none.

You will also need a current working with children blue card (or ability to obtain).
