This large home accommodates 76 residents in superior accommodation with quality single ensuite rooms, and a variety of care units. About The Role
As a Maintenance Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.
This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity- only applicants with full working rights will be considered

Duties
  • Provide repairs and maintenance support to the care home across a wide scope of activities including; landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and tagging
  • Assist in the sourcing of appropriate service providers and contractors, utilising relevant IT and purchasing systems
  • Assist in the management of Property Services projects
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety and Property Services Quality Assurance procedures
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Occupational Health and Safety
  • The ability to solve problems independently
