As a Lead Psychologist, you’ll be a pivotal part of our leadership team, shaping the future of mental health services and guiding clinical excellence across our network. This role is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing our practice frameworks, patient journeys and establishing our network of mental health clinics across Australia.

Who We’re Looking For
Permanent Full position located in Sydney or Melbourne
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist with:
- General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and Endorsed in the Clinical Psychology Area of Practice, with broad experienced in mental health care
- Extensive experience in a leadership or management position, with a proven ability to build, scale, and lead organisations
- Proven leadership in mental health services
- A track record of driving clinical excellence and service innovation
- Passion for improving access and outcomes in mental health
- Strong ability to engage, inspire, and influence at scale
- Enthusiasm for building new solutions, testing their effectiveness, and iterating based on feedback
