About the Role
Are you passionate about workplace health and wellbeing? Bupa is looking for a personable, confident, and organised Onsite Wellness Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging wellness programs for one of our key corporate clients based at their Sydney CBD head office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact on employee wellbeing.
As the onsite contact, you’ll coordinate wellness initiatives such as health checks, flu vaccinations, skin checks, and training sessions. You'll also support logistics, program communication, and ongoing reporting — all with the full backing of a collaborative, experienced Bupa team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and admin for wellness services and activities
- Distribute internal communications and promotional materials to boost engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for wellness providers and staff onsite
- Monitor bookings and track participation levels leading up to service days
- Assist with reporting and review presentations alongside the Health & Wellbeing Advisor
- Support the development of future program plans and service offerings
- Organise health insurance benefit presentations in collaboration with internal teams
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in administration or program coordination (essential)
- Background or studies in health promotion, public health, allied health, or similar (desirable)
- Experience supporting marketing, events, or employee engagement activities
- Confident in using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Demonstrated passion for workplace health and wellbeing
