An exciting and full-time opportunity has arisen for a Practice Development Manager to join our Bupa Dental Care team. 

This is a hybrid role and will require regular travel throughout metropolitan Sydney 

What will your day look like?

  • As a leader of leaders, this role encourages the team of Practice Managers to be premier managers, by sharing ways to succeed, leading by example and being their main support
  • You will provide operational and financial direction and influence for your group of practices, including team management, operational effectiveness, and compliance requirements, in line with agreed business strategies 
  • You will build strong relationships with all Practice Clinicians and employees 
  • Through regular practice visits, you will lead, manage and develop Practice Managers, including providing expert advice and constructive guidance 
  • You will also have overall responsibility for P&L

What do I need? 

  • Well established experience in a business or relationship management role 
  • Experience in Dental or Healthcare and direct interactions with Practitioners required
  • Experience within the Dental industry will be highly regarded  
  • A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel 
  • Demonstrated ability to grow business and a passion for business growth  
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability managing geographically disperse teams remotely 
  • Advanced business systems skills and experience 
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office)
