About the Role

As part of Bupa’s critical Remediation Program, we’re seeking a Senior End-to-End Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to help design, build, and refine remediation processes that deliver better outcomes for our customers.

You’ll work closely with the Remediation Project Manager and collaborate across multiple business units—including operations, data, technology, and risk—to ensure issues are identified, understood, and effectively resolved.

This role is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst who thrives on complexity, works well in cross-functional teams, and is passionate about driving customer-focused, compliant, and efficient solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct detailed business analysis to document requirements, design, and support build/testing of remediation processes.
  • Partner with the Remediation Project Manager to deliver analysis that supports process improvements and customer remediation outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops with business process owners to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with Process Analysts to document current and future state processes.
  • Partner with Data Analysts to analyse remediation datasets, identify impacted customer cohorts, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide input into planning, testing, and change management activities.
  • Contribute to the Business Analysis and Agile Communities of Practice within Bupa, supporting continuous improvement and agile uplift.

About You

You’re a seasoned Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering results in complex, customer-focused environments. You’re highly analytical, process-oriented, and collaborative, with a knack for turning complexity into clarity.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation or remediation programs.
  • Experience working on remediation or customer-impact programs within regulated environments (health insurance experience highly regarded).
  • Strong capability in end-to-end business analysis, including both system and non-system processes.
  • Practical understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and present ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
