Our Health Services team supports customers through a wide range of clinical services, and we’re looking for a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our growing Dental Care team in a 12 month contract position, supporting Australia’s leading provider of high-quality dental services.

About the Role

As a Senior Portfolio Analyst – Clinician & Practice Optimisation, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of Bupa Dental Care. Reporting to the Portfolio Optimisation Manager, you’ll manage business cases from inception to execution, provide key insights and analysis, and support our clinicians to achieve optimal outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing business cases, managing execution, and delivering post-implementation reviews.
  • Supporting the Business Performance Review process and offering financial analysis for operational decisions.
  • Analysing clinician remuneration and identifying opportunities for enhanced outcomes.
  • Assisting with clinician bonus calculations, automation planning, and negotiations.
  • Contributing to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 3-Year Planning (3YP) process.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline.
  • Professional memberships such as ACA or CPA.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and delivering insightful recommendations.
  • A high level of commercial acumen and the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to drive results in collaboration with senior management.

You should be driven, analytical, and have a passion for supporting sustainable growth initiatives. Your financial expertise will be key in shaping the future success of Bupa Dental Care.
