The Role  
At Bupa Aged Care, our nurses have a voice and are empowered to contribute to improvements that better support our residents to live longer, healthier, and happier lives. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and you’ll be playing a pivotal role in the pursuit of best-quality outcomes for much loved and valued residents. This is a permanent full-time opportunity paying between $36.72 - $47.73 per hour + super, subject to number of years of experience

- AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential 
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes

Are you a registered nurse with less than 12 months experience? You’ll have the opportunity to participate in Bupa’s Graduate Program, designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive and caring environment, whilst we provide you with mentorship and exposure to the many rewarding facets of a nursing career in aged care.
