About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide person centred care to our valued residents supported by a team ofcarers. You will utilise your genuine passion for helping others to make a difference to our resident’s quality of life. You will part of a passionate, caring, and extraordinary care team. We have various part time and full time shifts available.
Duties
- Lead a care team todeliver the highest quality, person-first, care to our residents
- Prepare high-quality careplans and assessments
- Maintain quality caredocumentation
- Ensure safe medicationadministration, best practice wound care and clinical support for our residents,in line with resident needs and legislative requirements
- Support the Clinical CareManager with the management and completion of ACFI assessments
- Actively engage inhandovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care acrossshifts
- Adhere to all relevantlegislative requirements and quality guidelines.
Skills and Experience
- Registration with AHPRA asa Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential
- Ideally 2 – 3 years’experience working within the aged care sector
- The ability to work aspart of a tight knit team and delegate effectively
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding ofResident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
