Registered Nurse
- AHPRA registration – Division 1
- Develop real relationships with residents
- Provide holistic care to residents
- Work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
Clinical Manager

Quality Education Manager
- Compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, Bupa policies, procedures and Work Instructions
- Internal Auditing, evaluation, and triangulation of information
- Identify, manage and escalate risk.
- Data analysis (internal and external) NQIP, Monthly Clinical analysis etc
- Education and staff development via delivering face to face sessions, 1:1 coaching and mentoring.
