About the opportunity: 

  • 1 x Part-Time Dental Assistant/Receptionist (34 hours weekly)

Monday: 8:15am - 6:15pm

Wednesday: 8:15am - 6:15pm

Thursday: 8:15am - 5:15pm

Friday: 8:15am - 5:15pm

  • 1 x Full-Time Dental Assistant/Receptionist (38 hours weekly)

Monday: 7:45am - 5:15pm

Tuesday: 7:45am - 6:15pm

Wednesday: 7:45am - 6:15pm

Thursday: 7:45am - 5:15pm

The Heart of the Role:

  • Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients
  • Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
  • Provide instrument sterilisation
  • Maintain infection control standards and procedures
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

 What you'll bring:

  • Ideally 2+ months experience in Australia as a Dental Assistant, preferred but not essential 
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded - and you'll be compensated with the pay to match your experience level!
  • Must have a current Working with Children's Check, or be willing to obtain one
  • You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
