Business Analyst - Healthcare Centres

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Healthcare Centres to play a key role in the successful launch and operation of Bupa’s Greenfield GP Practices. You’ll lead the design, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical and operational workflows—ensuring each new Bupa Healthcare Centre is ready to deliver exceptional patient care from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and document all operational readiness and practice-level workflows for new Primary Care clinics.
- Collaborate with the New Site Implementation Manager to develop patient pathways, clinic processes, and admin workflows.
- Create practice handbooks, training materials, and process manuals to support onboarding and operations.
- Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Support scalable, repeatable clinic openings by embedding learnings into the operational readiness framework.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure workflows are clear, compliant, and consistently followed.
- Monitor and report on performance, identifying and mitigating risks to clinical operations and patient safety.
- Provide coaching and support to new practice teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
About You
- Proven experience in business analysis within healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, quality improvement, and healthcare regulations.
- Skilled in process mapping, documentation, and performance evaluation.
- Proficient with electronic health records and data analysis tools.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
