About the opportunity 

We're looking for a Clinical Innovation Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative clinical solutions that drive better patient outcomes, elevate care delivery, and improve operational efficiency across Bupa Healthcare Centres.

This is a unique opportunity to blend clinical expertise, strategic thinking, and project leadership to help differentiate Bupa in the Primary Care market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge clinical models and healthcare programs such as diabetes management.
  • Collaborate across clinical, commercial, and operational teams to define and execute the clinical innovation strategy.
  • Stay ahead of healthcare trends and technologies to inform growth opportunities and align with Bupa’s Health Services strategy.
  • Oversee innovation projects from concept through to delivery (e.g., CDM programs, Cubiko adoption).
  • Assess existing clinical workflows and identify opportunities for improvement through innovative practices or technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical workflows, care quality, and patient experience through process innovation.

About You

  • 5+ years of clinical experience, with exposure to leadership, operations, or innovation roles.
  • Proven ability to lead clinical innovation or process improvement in healthcare.
  • Strong grasp of digital health, healthcare tech, and telemedicine solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Australian Primary Care and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passionate about improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
