We have a new Business Analyst role available in the Health Insurance, Customer Engagement & Personalisation, Domestic Retail Portfolio team.
The opportunity:
In this role, you’ll be bridging the gap between business stakeholders and our business and technical delivery teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to gather and document business requirements, prepare campaign briefs workbooks, and act as the main conduit between marketing and delivery teams, including Pega and SmartComm developers.
You will also support the business and technology delivery leads in running key delivery rituals and assist with managing work items in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with the marketing operations and customer engagement programs regardless of technology stack or methodology.
This is a permanent role and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.
We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you’ll have the flexibility to work from one of our offices in these locations or work from home.
How will I help?
You will add value by:
- Working closely with business stakeholders to collect, document, and translate campaign and marketing requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Developing detailed campaign briefs to ensure alignment between marketing teams and technical delivery teams.
- Acting as the primary liaison between business teams and technical squads (Pega, SmartComm, and other MarTech platforms), ensuring seamless communication and clarification of requirements.
- Supporting business delivery leads as a 2IC, assisting in the management of project timelines, stakeholder communications, and overall campaign execution.
- Assisting in running agile rituals such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Creating and managing user stories, epics, and tasks in Microsoft ADO, ensuring development teams have clear and well-documented work items.
