What’s your role?

A critical member of the Channel Analytics team, the Channel Insights Analyst will leverage their natural curiosity and interest in business processes and analytics to help develop an understanding from our customer insights. This role involves developing and enabling the execution of the most critical performance insights across CCG, with a focus on improved customer experiences. More than just data and insights, you will be sociable and personable, with an ability to influence stakeholders to execute on your recommendations. By bringing together customer and business insights in a consultative approach, you will support the business in delivering transformational change.

• Business relevant qualification (e.g. Data, Finance, Engineering, Science, Management, etc.) 

• Proven ability to analyse data and present granular or technical data in an effective and reliable manner. 

• Establishes good relationships to people at all levels as a trusted advisor, with an ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisational structure. 

• Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction, setting high standards for quality and quantity 

• Strategic problem-solving, finding opportunities and implementation of new ideas. 

• Power to influence based on clearly articulated recommendations and concisely represented data that drives stakeholder expectations to the point of decision-making 

• Capability of working with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity, whilst delivering rapid, accurate and impactful results
