Working Hours: Commencing with 2 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours in the future. Hours are worked between 8:15am and 5:15pm.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Managing appointments, recalls, reminders and patient enquiries.
  • Processing payments, billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining patient records and practice documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while upholding Bupa's values and commitment to patient care.
