Our Graduate Program:

Our Graduate Program is now open for newly graduated Registered Nurses (within 18 months of graduation). Places in our Program are offered on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week.

Note: If you are unable to commit to 38 hours a week, we may be able to consider a commitment of a minimum of 30 hours a week pending placement availability.

Our Program is designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive, and caring environment whilst providing you with mentorship and exposure to the many rewarding facets of a nursing career in aged care.

Our intake date is 12 August 2024.

About the Program

Our Graduate Program includes four, 3-month long placements over 12 months, covering the following areas of Nursing:

  • Assessment & Care Planning of the Older Person
  • Complex Health Care Needs
  • Caring for residents living with dementia
  • Leadership

About you:

We are looking for passionate nursing professionals looking to enhance their own knowledge within aged care and enhance the lives of our residents.

To be eligible for the Program you will have the following:

  • Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration
  • High level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Able to commit to the 12-month duration of the Program
