Our HomeWelcome to Bupa Aged Care Armidale, a modern aged care home set in a converted heritage building in a leafy residential area. We are a close-knit team of amazing, dedicated people, with some of our team members completing 45 years of service with us! Our CommunityWe are proud members of the Armidale community, and we participate in events like the Autumn parade every year. We engage with local schools to visit the Aged Care facility to promote intergeneration interaction, and our councils send gifts to residents during Christmas, such as a real reindeer for our residents, teams and families to enjoy!

Our TeamWe are delighted to have a thriving team that comes to work and leaves with a smile, working closely with each other, rolling up their sleeves to help out whether it's a delivery of boxes or painting the staff room, creating such a wonderful team environment and community to be a part of. We love to welcome new staff with introductions to residents, coffee meetups, support, and encouragement to pursue career growth opportunities throughout the Bupa network.
