Our CommunityCommunity is our heartbeat at Banora Point; we have routine visits from a local school to ensure community engagement for our residents, and our lifestyle team run a volunteer program which brings in visitors to continue to strengthen community ties. We regularly run open days, and we celebrate holidays in the home so our residents, families and community can come together.

Our TeamBupa Banora Point is a home driven on teamwork and positivity – we know how important it is to come together and celebrate our wins and help each other out, no matter what our roles are. With new staff we onboard through a buddy system to ensure new starters are confident and comfortable with a familiar face to assist them throughout their new role. We have a great support structure in education and training which further supports the journey for our new starters from day one and beyond. |
