Our teamWe’re a strong, 100 plus team that’s focused on supporting and recognising each other with an open-door policy from leadership. We love to celebrate our achievements and have regular events that include the team, residents, and families. From day one, we like to make new team members feel welcome. We do this in a variety of ways, from team lunches and resident introductions to our highly successful buddy program, which ensures that new team members get their bearings when they're starting out. |
