We are situated in the historic Macleay Valley known for its cedar timber industry, the home of Slim Dusty and the iconic Akubra hat factory. Our CommunityWe love to keep our residents active in the Kempsey community and run many initiatives like the Nan and Pop reading time at a local school where residents read to the children. We encourage our teams to develop all kinds of initiatives and outings, and they provide our residents regular trips to Cresent Head, Southwest Rocks (including swims in Back Creek) and scenic drives.

Our TeamBupa Kempsey is a tightknit team, most with very long tenure, some over 30 years! All team members have an absolute resident focus, and the team is willing to support the wider business by regularly visiting other homes and working with head office on clinical governance issues. We are a team of supportive, welcoming and friendly people who get the job done together and with great customer experience in mind. With many team members progressing through to more senior roles, we focus on everyone's goals to ensure they have a supportive work environment. |
