Our homeWelcome to Bupa Aged Care Kempsey, a modern care home located in the Mid North Coast region of NSW. We’re situated in the historic Macleay Valley, a stunning and serene pocket of Australia that's known for its cedar timber industry, as being the home of Slim Dusty, and the iconic Akubra hat factory. Our communityWe love to keep our residents active in the Kempsey community. We run initiatives like the Nan and Pop reading time at a local school, where residents read to the children. We encourage our teams to develop their own unique initiatives and outings, too. They love to provide our residents with regular trips to Cresent Head, Southwest Rocks (including swims in Back Creek), and scenic drives along the awe-inspiring Mid North Coast.

Our teamWe're a tight-knit team, with some members being with us for as long as 30+ years! All team members have an absolute resident focus, and they’re willing to support the wider business by regularly visiting other homes and working with head office on clinical governance issues. We are a team of supportive, welcoming and friendly healthcare professionals who get the job done together, and always strive to make our patient's lives that little bit better. With many team members progressing on to more senior roles, we love focusing on everyone's goals to ensure they have a supportive work environment that allows them to grow with their careers. |
