Our TeamThe home has beautifully landscaped sensory gardens, incorporating traditional outdoor features, and is supported by a warm and welcoming team. We are family friendly, and we roster clearly with set lines, so all team members know when they are working. We support our team to progress with many of them developing their careers through roles in nursing and more. For new team members, our General Manager meets everyone on the first day and for relocators, introduces them to the community and the town so they feel completely settled and at home as soon as possible. |
