Our teamThe home has beautifully landscaped sensory gardens, incorporating traditional outdoor features, and is supported by a warm and welcoming team. We’re family friendly, and we roster clearly with set lines, so all team members know when they’re working. We support our team throughout their careers with many of them developing their roles in impressive ways. Our commitment to our team begins right away. Our General Manager meets everyone on their first day and, for relocators, introduces them to the community and town so they feel settled as they make Tamworth their own slice of regional paradise. |
