Our CommunityBupa Waratah is a welcoming, community-driven home that stays connected with our town with many events such as our annual Spring Fair – an event we host in the home with stalls showcasing Bupa’s full offering, local town businesses and lots of fun for all! We also have our local school visit regularly and we have monthly birthday parties for all residents, families and the team.

Our TeamOur team go above and beyond in caring for our residents, one of them is the 2nd oldest person in Australia (109!) and our staff made the day incredible, even coming in on their day off to celebrate. This commitment and compassion are something we are so proud of at Bupa Waratah. We are always working together to keep improving the culture, celebrating staff and taking regular appreciation days to ensure everyone knows how important and valued they are here. We aim to provide the best support in career development, benefits and belonging. We love to welcome new team members, from overseas and domestic, and we welcome them to the home warmly with announcements in the staff room, introductions to residents and relatives individually and lots of morning teas! |
