Our CommunityBupa Rangeville loves to stay connected to our community, we have a bus that takes residents shopping and for outings in the community, and last year we even entered the bus in Carnival of Flowers, with residents decorating it with beautiful hand-crafted flowers. We also do an annual trip and encourage all the team to get involved. The dedication and commitment to care and the resident's well-being at Bupa Rangeville is something we are incredibly proud of.

Our TeamWe are a very multicultural home, and we celebrate a range of culturally significant celebrations throughout the year to learn more about each other and to have some fun! We have a staff meeting each month and usually theme it and share a meal with the team - where we also celebrate our monthly Bupa LOVE winners. We have a collaborative leadership style with an open door on feedback – you are the expert, and we want to hear how we can improve our service and culture. For new team members, we have an induction program and buddy shifts to ensure you are settled in well and feel confident from day one. |
