Our homeWelcome to Bupa Aged Care Rangeville, a modern care home nestled in the quiet suburb of Rangeville, Toowoomba, with peaceful views over Garnett Lehmann Park. Our communityWe love to stay connected to our community, and we have a bus that takes residents shopping and on outings in the community. What’s more, last year we even entered the bus in the annual Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, with residents decorating it with beautiful hand-crafted flowers. We also do an annual trip and encourage the whole team to get involved. The dedication and commitment to the care and wellbeing of our residents at Bupa Rangeville is something we are incredibly proud of.

Our teamWe are a very multicultural home, and we celebrate a range of culturally significant celebrations throughout the year to learn more about each other (and have a little fun while we're at it!). We have a team meeting each month and usually theme it and share a meal with the team. We have a collaborative leadership style with an open door policy on feedback. Our philosophy is simple: You're the expert, and we want to hear how we can improve our service and culture. For new team members, we have an induction program and buddy shifts to ensure you are settled in well and feel confident from day one. |
