Our teamWe’re a close-knit team that comes together to celebrate our wins and build the relationships that count. We are proud of the way we’re not only colleagues but friends too. The way we work hard to bring the best experience to our residents while also nurturing and supporting one another. We love to think outside the box – we recently took a resident flying, for instance, and it was fantastic. We actively encourage our team to bring new ideas like this forward, because we know that happiness can be something that works both ways. At Bupa Bendigo, onboarding new team members is of upmost importance, and we ensure there is enough time and space to settle in. New team members work closely with a "buddy" to help find their feet, and there is a range of social activities planned to help you get to know your new team. |
