Our CommunityBupa Eastwood has many team members who are from Gippsland and proud to be looking after our older population, and we keep a strong connection to the community, from our residents participating in the aged care network to hosting students via the rotary program to visit us.

Our TeamWe support our team through programs like the wellness hubs where we have quick access to allied health, traineeship and overseas staff programs that helps us with workforce and ensures our team stays supported and calm. Our culture is important, and we regularly have staff member barbeques, Christmas parties and local celebrations to ensure all team members are settling in well and have a social network to lean on. In recent years, we have welcomed international staff joining our team and into the community and have a robust induction process including providing accommodation and transport and help integrating into the community. |
