Our TeamWe are a multi-cultural home, and we celebrate this, and are extremely proud of our diverse, caring team. We love to connect our staff that share a nationality in the home and with their community in Echuca to help ease the transition into living and working here. This has resulted in some wonderful life-long friendships forming through Bupa. We work hard to make the home full of joy and laughter and have a range of programs to help develop our staff and have been fortunate with our trainee carer programs in particular. We are now seeing the fruits of how this program has helped and continues to stabilize the roster and manpower of our home. |
