Our TeamWe regularly have a coffee van on site to show appreciation to our dedicated team and hold monthly staff and resident BBQs to bring the team together regularly. The team here is great, we all support each other and help when needed. We have quite a varied cultural mix within the staff base and regularly have cultural days to celebrate our diverse backgrounds and learn about each other. We embrace new staff and love hearing from our new starters about their previous experiences. All new staff are supported to commence in their new roles with a robust induction program held over 2 days, cementing learning and ensuring they have all of the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in their new roles. |
