Our teamWe're not shy about it: We love our residents, and we love our team! We even have a coffee van on-site to show our appreciation and we hold monthly team and resident BBQs to bring everyone together. We love supporting our team and watching them grow with their careers. We're a dedicated group of healthcare professionals from all walks of life, and we hold regular cultural days to celebrate this fact. We embrace new team members and love hearing about their previous experiences. All new people are supported in their new roles with a robust induction program held over 2 days, ensuring you have all of the knowledge and tools you’ll need to succeed. |
