Our teamOur GM has been with Bupa for over 20 years, starting as a Personal Care Assistant and moving up through the home. And this is at the heart of our culture: We're committed to ensuring all our team members are supported in achieving their career goals. Bupa Woodend is a diverse team that supports and respects each other in creating a wonderfully close and welcoming work environment. We love to welcome new team members with our buddy program, helping them to settle in as they make a home in their new rural paradise! |
