The purpose of theContracts & Accounts Manager role is to execute Bupa’s network and partnership strategies for our ancillary product offerings.


In this role, you’ll apply advanced analytical and risk management strategies in the recruitment and management of ancillary providers contracted to Bupa. While managing the day-to-day relationships of the Members First Extras Network, you’ll be uplifting the engagement program for our ancillary network as it currently stands and with future enhancements.

Additionally, this role will lead the relevant growth of our ancillary network and ensure the delivery of the best possible health outcomes for members, while maintaining sustainable costs for the business.

This is a permanent role, that can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney or Adelaide. 

We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you’ll have the flexibility to work from home when you aren’t working from the office twice a week. Our offices are in the Melbourne/Brisbane/Sydney/Adelaide CBD. 

What you’ll need to make it possible:

  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management strategy and execution.
  • Experience liaising with external organisations/bodies such as professional associations.
  • Track record of achieving outcomes and deadlines in a high volume, pressured environment.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. 
  • An elevated level of risk management and analytical skills, with proven forecasting and reporting ability.
  • Health Insurance industry experience, or experience dealing with ancillary providers and/or contracts is desirable.
