The heart of the role:
As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of integrated GTM plans that successfully launch, optimise, and embed Bupa’s value propositions. Working closely with the Senior GTM Manager, you will translate strategy into actionable plans that drive growth, retention, and customer engagement.
This role requires a commercially savvy, customer-centric thinker who can manage multiple initiatives, collaborate effectively across teams, and bring strategic GTM plans to life. You will also contribute to the development of GTM playbooks, frameworks, and messaging, ensuring best practices are embedded across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute end-to-end GTM plans that align with Bupa’s growth, retention, and engagement objectives.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Digital, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams to ensure GTM plans are well-integrated across all customer touchpoints.
- Support the optimisation of GTM strategies, using data, insights, and customer feedback to refine messaging and execution.
- Manage and track GTM deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics, ensuring successful execution and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and governance of Bupa’s Message House framework, ensuring consistency in how value propositions and key messages are communicated.
- Work with internal teams to develop customer-centric messaging, sales enablement materials, and frontline training content that effectively communicate Bupa’s value.
- Help embed GTM best practices across teams by sharing insights, facilitating knowledge transfer, and contributing to team capability-building initiatives
- Collaborate with frontline teams, ensuring they have the tools, training, and messaging needed to successfully communicate Bupa’s value propositions to customers.
- Support the tracking and reporting of GTM performance, helping identify areas for optimisation and continuous improvement.
About You:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in GTM execution, marketing, product launch management, or a similar role within healthcare, insurance, or a customer-centric industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage stakeholders, and meet deadlines
- A customer-centric mindset, with experience in developing messaging and frontline enablement materials that drive engagement and conversion.
- data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret insights and performance metrics to optimise GTM plans.
- impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution.
- A passion for continuous learning, with a proactive approach to embedding GTM best practices across the organisation.
